This well-known, hotel is located on a quiet bank. From here one is able to enjoy an especially magnificent view over Funchal, the mountains and the sea. The town centre is just 15 minutes away. There is a hotel shuttle bus service on offer. A link to the public transport network is to be found directly in front of the hotel. The sea is just 200 m away.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 6 suites, 30 apartments, 30 studios, 24 single rooms and 200 double rooms located in a 9-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet and à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and organic food can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
