* the reception is available between 9h - 17h (No reception on Sundays). If the arrival will be out of reception working hours or Sundays, please contact to the hotel at least 2 days before the arrival.

* Cleaning: once a week. (for stays of 7 nights, cleaning only in departure day included, there will be no cleaning during the stay).
