Location

The villas are located in the environmental oasis that is the apartment village Sol Stella Maris, 2 km from the Umag town centre. Guests will find a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs within short walking distance, as well as the beach and plenty of shopping venues.

Facilities

The property includes 180 villas/houses as well as 180 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the bungalow complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment

Filled with soothing salt water, the indoor and outdoor pools ensure comfortable swimming. There is also a children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. A variety of activities such as cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis, are offered at the complex. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes paddle boating, canoeing and kayaking, with water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis and aerobics. The wellness offerings at the complex include massage treatments and a solarium. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Half board can be booked. In addition to breakfast, the complex also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
