With a magnificent location on the banks of Loch Tay, close to the picturesque village of Kenmore, these charming and well-appointed cottages offer luxurious self-catering accommodation. The Kenmore Club was originally the walled garden for the nearby Taymouth Castle, home of the Marquis of Breadalbane. Today, this small, exclusive resort consists of a series of cottages, constructed in the same unique style as the nearby village of Kenmore. The resort includes a swimming pool, a tennis court and a children's playground, as well as a restaurant. Each cottage has a large lounge, with comfortable chairs, a TV and a large put-up bed. Every cottage also has a dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven. Some cottages have a washing machine and drying area. Just across the way, you will find Scotland's oldest inn, with a chimney breast inscribed by the hand of Robbie Burns himself.

POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment on check-in. Contact the resort if you will arrive later than 23:59 on day of arrival. Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to the separate Terms & Conditions. Special Requests cannot be guaranteed. Adapted rooms are subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place at any time. While the resort will keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance. The cleaning schedule may vary depending on the length stay.

It features a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness centre and tennis court. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The well-equipped apartments include a full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer. Satellite TV, a DVD player and iHome alarm clock are also provided.

The on-site Waterfront bar and restaurant offers an extensive menu of delicious local and international dishes and snacks.

Full payment for standard rate/flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties. The property requires a valid credit card to charge a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay upon inspection of your apartment(s) however please note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution. Upon check in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All under 18’s are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Under no circumstances must the maximum occupancy level be exceeded. If you intend to arrive later than midnight on your arrival date please notify the resort as soon as possible. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. The number of WiFi devices varies depending on room type. Special requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed. The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.

All balconies at the resort are currently off limits to guests. Where possible, tables and chairs will be placed outside the apartments and along the shoreline of the loch.
