This holiday complex lies between the town of Ciutadella and the bay of Cala'n Forcat in the northwest of the island of Menorca. A selection of bars and nightclubs are to be found about 300 m away and the nearest sandy beach is 150 m from the hotel.

The apartment complex has 35 studios, 139 single rooms and 19 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts.
