Location

This attractive hotel enjoys a stunning location on Lake Esperanza in the Bay of Alcúdia, just 150 m from the magnificent sandy beach. It takes just a few minutes to reach the centre of Alcúdia with its scores of shops and other entertainment venues. S'Albufeira nature reserve is approximately 2 km away and it is 3 km to the harbour. In addition, there is a bus stop close to the hotel.

The apartment hotel was modernised in 2022. Units include 160 apartments and 68 studios located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
