**Residence Cerere** offers simple and comfortable apartments, housed in terraced houses surrounded by a manicured lawn and old palm trees. The Hotel, managed by the same team and located next to the residence, includes shared facilities, such as the beautiful semi-Olympic swimming surrounded by lush subtropical vegetation. Thirty metres away there is a large reception, reception halls, and relaxation areas, a restaurant, a bar and a fully equipped conference centre.

The resort offers daytime and evening entertainment and a mini club at scheduled times, from 20 June to 8 September, as well as tennis courts, a bocce court and a five aside football pitch, not included in the price.

Free Wi-Fi in the common areas, an Internet point and a car park are also available for guests, as well as a beach service at a lido equipped with changing rooms, umbrellas and beach loungers. Shuttle service at scheduled times.

This residence has 21 two-room apartments:
