The Sergios Hotel is centrally located in the lively village of Hersonissos, 150 m to the beach, and close to all entertainment and sport facilities of the resort. The hotel is also situated 28 km west to Heraklion town, 30 km from Agios Nikolaos and 25 km from the airport.

The hotel facilities and services include 24 h reception with safe service (with extra charge), lifts, lobby area with a bar, restaurant, internet corner (with extra charge), souvenir shop, games area with video games, billiards and table tennis, outdoor pool, children´s pool and sun terrace with a pool snack bar.
