The resort is located in a tranquil spot of Gouves village, within a walking distance from the main sandy beach, the ideal place to start exploring Crete.

Facilities

The holiday village was renovated in 2020. 391 rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Guests can learn more about excursions at the tour desk. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and jogging are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the holiday village include table tennis, darts and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a hammam, anti-ageing treatments and a hydrojet massage and, for an additional fee, a steam bath, a spa and a reflexology massage. Third-party operators offer steam bath and reflexology massage. The complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' disco and live music. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar.
