Every unit has a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette completed with an oven; while the bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine, and bed linen and towels are provided.

A 10-minute metro ride will take you to Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas.
Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 01:00 EUR 30;
From 01:00 to 11:00 EUR 50.

Only the number of guests on the reservation can enter the apartments.

Please note that from 15 to 21 August, due to the celebration of the Festa Major in the Gracia District, there may be noise during the night.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
