Modern and spacious two bedroom penthouse in the popular urbanisation El
Pueblo in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella. The apartment is located a few steps
away from several restaurants, night clubs, tennis courts and just a few
minutes' drive from the famous Centro Plaza and Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus
has the reputation as a very trendy upmarket tourist resort which is less
than an hour away by car from the nearest airport which is Malaga
International. This is one of the best places on the Costa del Sol where
one can enjoy a buzzing nightlife scene and is only rivalled by the major
nightlife. The picturesque town of Marbella is approximately 15 min away On
the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room and a the first
terrace. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with
everything you may need during your stay. On the second floor you will find
2 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the third floor you exit
out to the marvellous terrace. With a 360 degree view you can see the
famous mountain La Concha, 4 golf courses (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos
and La Quinta). On a clear day you can see the African continent. Here you
can sit and relax in the lounge furniture or have dinner at the dining
table. There is a BBQ, fridge, freezer as well as a washing machine up here
The complex has a community pool as well as a couple of restaurants and a
pub. Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box
system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how
late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time. Additionally we
provide a great amount of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry
about buying it before arrival. These include: hand soap, shower gel,
shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom,
sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels. This accommodation does not
accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
