In the ancient town of Malgrate, overlooking Lake Como and surrounded by a park filled with centuries-old trees with an open-air swimming pool, Casa sull'Albero – a member of IHF, Italian Hotels & Friends – consists of a spectacular building made of glass and wood containing 12 guest rooms in a distinctive warm yet minimalistic style. It also offers a restaurant, bar, cinema and meeting room, library, outdoor swimming pool, personal spa and massage area.

Casa sull'Albero is located in an exceptionally strategic position, just twenty minutes' drive from Bellagio and Varenna, thirty from Como and forty from Milan. All of these destinations are also easy to reach by train or bus, with stations and stops just a few metres from our facility. The Lecco Golf Club is less than ten minutes' drive away, whilst the Bobbio – Valtorta ski resort can be reached in twenty minutes.
