This beach hotel is located in a very quiet area in Perivolia in western Crete on the coastal road of Rethymnon, about 2 km from the centre of Rethymnon, where guests will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops, nightlife, links to the public transport network, the Venetian harbour, Fortezza Castle and the Archaeological Museum. The beach is just a one-minute walk from the apartment hotel, the taxi stand is 20 m away, a bakery 80 m away, supermarket and kiosk 100 m away, restaurants and cafes 500 m away, and a pharmacy 150 m away. The city hotel's architecture is typical of the old (Venetian) town of Rethymnon. The hotel consists of 86 guest rooms housed in 8 smaller buildings that are built next to each other with small narrow streets leading from one side of the hotel to the other.
