General description

The property is located on the first floor of a building of the sixties by the large and bright rooms, all newly refurbished, with a balcony that overlooks Via Appia Nuova. Breakfast is served in the bar below (croissant and hot drink of choice), but may occasionally be required also in the room with a simple phone call. The rooms may be located in the main building but also in different buildings.

Location

The property is situated in one of the most important historic streets of Rome, Via Appia Nuova, just a few meters away from Largo dei Colli Albani (Metro Station - Red Line "A" - and from the bus terminal) where you get to walk in 5 minutes. The "Parco dell 'Appia Antica" is located nearby. The property is located in one of the few areas of Rome with wide possibilities of free parking.

The property has 5 bedrooms, two with en suite, three with two shared bathrooms and private sink inside. Each room is dedicated to an art - the talents of Rome - each personalized and decorated in a different style by Italian architects.
