All consist of lounge with sofa-bed, telephone, ceiling-fans in living- and bedroom, safe (for rent) and Sat-TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, bathroom and furnished terrace. Superior bungalows includes air conditioning, safe and pool towels.

Cordial Green Golf Bungalows is located next to the golf course of Maspalomas, a few minutes from the dunes and the Shopping Centre Faro 2, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and bars.

The facilities and services include 24 h reception, WiFi in public areas, bar and restaurant, outdoor pools (one of them heated in winter), children´s pool, sun terrace, gardens, children´s playground. It also offers billiards (with extra charge), day activity programme and occassional evening entertainment.

The apartments are equipped with ceiling fan, TV, telephone, living room with sofa bed, safe (with extra charge), kitchen equipped with toaster, coffee maker and fridge, balcony/terrace and bathroom with bathtub/shower
