The hotel is housed in a listed building that was built in the 19th century and has the architectural style of bygone years. It combines luxury with calmness and echoes of the history of Rethymno. This historical city hotel first opened its doors in 2010 and consists of just 9 rooms. Description

Antica Dimora Suites is a memorial building that was built in the 19th century, and whose owner was a Turkish wealthy man but, afterwards Iosif Chobitis became its owner.From oral testimonies, for this marvelous historical building 70 of the best technicians worked and needed 6 years for its completion. As far as its ceiling paintings are concerned, in almost all the rooms, which unfortunately couldn't be saved as a whole, were made by a painter who came especially for this purpose from Venice.
