The Bellavista apartments are the perfect option to spend an attractive vacation as a family or as a couple.
We have a wide variety of apartments, located on top of Monte Pego, a hill located just 8km from the main beaches in the north of the Costa Blanca, great to enjoy with family or friends. In addition, the town of Pego is very close, offering all the services. Bellavista Residential is only an hour's drive from Valencia and Alicante airports and very close to other tourist destinations such as Denia and Benidorm. Also with the possibility of traveling by boat from Dénia to more destinations such as Ibiza and the island of Formentera.

Bellavista Residential is distributed in 3 different blocks, with 3 floors each, which are located among private gardens that boast wonderful native plants and flowers. We have our Restaurant open every day of the year, Bar + pool (open from 06/15 to 09/15), Minigolf, gym and private parking lot.
The Bellavista apartments are built according to the traditional architecture of the area and have a careful care of continuous maintenance by our staff.

In addition, all our apartments have large furnished terraces where, in addition to enjoying panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the Marjal Natural Park (Pego), they allow us to meet with our family and friends on any occasion and enjoy a nice and quiet evening.

The apartments at Bellavista are located in Monte Pego, a pretty hillside village situated within 10km of the coast and local, family friendly beaches and in close proximity to the laid back town of Pego.Bellavista is within one hour transfer time by car from both Alicante and Valencia International Airports and is within easy reach of the bustling beach resorts of Oliva, Denia and Benidorm. Built in a style typical of the region and maintained to a high standard, the apartments at Bellavista are arranged in three buildings over four floors, within private hillside gardens and affording spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The apartments are ideally suited for families and couples, offering one, two and three bedrooms. There is ample parking for guests. Each apartment has a furnished outdoor terrace or balcony, with uninterrupted panoramic views over the mature gardens, nearby mountains or the Marjal National Park, with the Mediterranean on the horizon, perfect for enjoying a sundowner drink and relaxing with friends and family. Each apartment is self-catering, however guests can also enjoy traditional Spanish fayre in the resorts' restaurant (which operates on a seasonal basis) or opt for a lighter menu in the pool-side bar. Spend days lazing by the pool or exploring the shops and attractions of nearby towns, or those interested in a little more excitement can take advantage of a variety of activities, all of which can be arranged by our reception and are available on a seasonal basis. Mini-golf and table tennis are available free of charge. The apartments at Bellavista offer a unique vacation experience with all the comforts of home.
