Location

The resort is situated in the green hills of Tuscany within its own 320-hectare fauna reserve. The tiny 17th century village is in an area rich with woods, olive groves and offers a magnificent panoramic view. The Pratello property deed was found in the archives of Pisa in an Act dating back to November 1044. Since then, noble families have owned it, and the villa was built in around 1650. Today the territory has been transformed into a unique country residence. Various classic, historical and artistic cities such as Volterra (around 20 km), San Gimignano (around 30 km), Florence (around 70 km) and Siena are nearby. Restaurants, bars and pubs can be found in the immediate vicinity at Pratello, and Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport is around 35 km from the resort.

Facilities

The hotel was built in 1650. Guests have a choice of 2 suites, 3 apartments and 10 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings.
