This apartment complex is located along a main road close to the town centre of Costa Teguise. Links to the public transport network are located directly beside the hotel. The nearest restaurants, bars and nightclubs are situated about 100 m away. The nearest beach is 150 m away; the airport is approximately 11 km.

Facilities

The holiday apartments were built in 1987 and renovated in 2021. 85 apartments are available. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a conference room and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms
