Facilities and services include outdoor swimming pools, 2 children pools,2 tennis courts free for use, café, shop, park area and free car parking.

The different houses types have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (63 - 99 m2 living space), 1 or 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combined living and dining room, one or more balconies and a little garden. Each house has a different owner, the majority Scandinavian, and they are therefore all furnished differently in high standard, all with washing machine, television with international channels, air condition and free wifi connection.

Check-in from Monday - Saturday between 9:30 until 14:00, Sunday closed.
For arrival outside the opening hours, please contact Top Alacant for key delivery.
If the arrival to Gran Vista is after 22:00 hrs., the key must be picked up at the REPSOL gasoline station. After presentation of your documentation, the night watch will give you the key for your holiday home, with a description of the location of the house.
