Should your conduct or that of any of your party during the course of your stay give resort management cause for concern, an additional payment of EUR1000 will be required by way of security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay provided that no damage has been caused. In serious cases, the resort reserves the right to evict guests whose anti-social behaviour affects the family-friendly atmosphere of the resort.

Apartments are not cleaned on a daily basis. The number of cleans depends on the length of stay. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Situated on the southern tip of Lanzarote, near the quiet town of Playa Blanca, Jardines del Sol is built in the style of a Spanish pueblo blanco, or white village. Set amid well-manicured gardens, it features two heated outdoor pools and a baby pool, mini golf and petanque. The air-conditioned bungalows feature a master bedroom with a well-appointed en-suite bathroom, twin-bedroom, shower room, spacious lounge with dining area and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. The on-site bar/restaurant offers a delicious menu of international dishes made with local produce where possible. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property, at an additional cost. Playa Blanca's golden beaches, promenade and yacht marina are just 1.5 miles away. Lanzarote Airport is a 20 mile drive. Please provide a printed copy of your booking confirmation.
