Nice villas great located in the south of Lanzarote, in the fishing village of Playa Blanca, just 200 metres from the Marina Rubicon. Each holiday rental with outdoor private pool, garden, barbecue and sun terrace with loungers, table and chairs to relax al fresco. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, kettle, and coffee maker... spacious living room with direct access to the pool area with satellite TV, CD-DVD player and free WIFI; 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms with hairdryer. Most holiday rentals are duplex but there a few ones in one-level. All villas have free on-site parking and safety box. Luggage storage and information desk at the Customer Office. Free cleaning service at departure, and also intermediate cleaning for stays of 7 night's minimum, including change of towels and sheets. Playa Dorada is only 10 min. walk and the centre of Playa Blanca, less than 15 min. Papagayo's stunning beaches are 5 min. by car or 20 min. walk by the promenade.  Babies up to 2 years are free and cot/highchair without charge, on request and subject to availability.  Families with 1 or 2 children 3 to 11 years old can book the Villa 2 bedrooms-4 people and the Villa Three Bedrooms (both including already the children). The establishment you have booked has not a 24hrs reception; in order to avoid any inconvenience with your stay it is mandatory to contact the establishment some days before your arrival (recommended by mail) communicating your arrival time in order to arrange the check-in and the key collection. Guests will receive a free welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, juice, milk, water and biscuits.The Customer Office is opened  104.00 to 18.00 hours and there is also an emergency telephone for last-minute setbacks.Pet friendly: one pet allowed (maximum 8 Kg-10.00 €/nights), on request.
