The complex is situated in La Paz, the famous residential area of Puerto de la Cruz which enjoys charming views of the Teide, the Orotatava Valley and the sea. The beach is located around 800 m away. A good selection of small shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in La Paz. The Botanical Gardens are a 5-minute walk away, the seawater swimming pools, the small fishing port and the shaded squares of the old town may be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. Convenient public transport links may be found 200 m away.

This inviting beach aparthotel is situated in the renowned residential area of La Paz and about 25 minutes' ride away from the airport. The hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz overlooking the Teide, the Orotava Valley and the shimmering, azure sea. The beach sits just 800 metres away, while a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in La Paz. The complex enjoys a traditional Canary Island style with wooden balconies and subtropical gardens and provides a diverse range of excellent facilities for guests enjoyment and pleasure.

**New pet policy at our Coral Teide Mar**

Deposit of 25 €/per room/stay for guests who bring their pet with them to our hotel.
At the same time we would like to remind you that only one pet per room is allowed and only a dog or a cat (no other animal) with a maximum weight of 4,5 kg.
Your pet will be received in our establishment as long as the request has been made previously, being you aware of the following rules:
. You are responsible for any type of incident in relation to your pet. If material damage occurs due to the pet, you are responsible for the costs arising from this cause.
. A current and up-to-date vaccination certificate of the pet must be provided on arrival at the hotel.
. To clean the studio, the pet must be outside during the service. This service does not include the collection and cleaning of dirt caused by their physiological needs.
. The dog cannot enter the public facilities of the hotel such as swimming pool, gardens, bars, etc.
. The dog can never be left alone in the room, the dog must be accompanied in the room all the time.
. You should keep your pet it on a leash whenever you leave the room, never let it loose.
. It must be a calm animal that does not disturb other customers with barking or meowing.
