The hotel is located on the outskirts of Preveza, a city with a rich history from ancient Greek and Roman times. It enjoys a privileged location near the Archaeological Museum of Nikopolis and the Necromantion of Aheron. It is also close to the shallow water lagoons formed by the gulf and the double delta river system that surrounds a protected ecosystem.
