The hotel is located only 300 m from Bogatell Beach, in Barcelona's quiet Sant Marti district, next to the Poble Nou Park and a short walk from the Llacuna and Poble Nou metro stations. From here it is only 5 underground stops to the historical city centre. There are also many public bus services nearby. Restaurants are in the hotel’s immediate proximity, and various bars and pubs are about 300 m away while shopping venues are some 20 minutes’ walk. Barcelona Airport is some 18 km from the establishment.

It is just three minute walk from the beach and twenty minute walk from the Olympic port. The apartment is very comfortable and centrally located, where can find near shops, bars or restaurants. The furniture is modern and fully equipped; has all the necessary utensils for the kitchen. Features a balcony, free high-speed wifi, security in the building and weekly housekeeping. On the other hand, public transport in Barcelona offers a wide range of possibilities for sightseeing. You can access the subway, ten minutes away; and the bus, which communicates directly with the centre of the city, whose stop is just a minute walk.
