The property offers a discounted price for the public parking. For stays of 3 days or more, it costs 20 EUR per day.

Please note that, The apartments are equipped with a Security System device that includes cameras in the living room and apartment entrance which are only active if alarm goes off and is not deactivated within a minute by an RFID key (provided with each set of keys at check-in). The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. When activated, this device ensures safety of the apartment and guest's belongings while they are outside of the apartment.
There is also a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the devices in the apartment and agree that they don't breach your privacy rights.

The apartments of this beach hotel are located on the first line of Barcelona's beach. It is well connected to the city centre with metro and bus and only 5 minutes away by car. It is also 1.5 km from the Parc Diagonal Mar. Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 17 km away.

The beach hotel is located in a nice building complex. The hotel has a big private garden, hotel safe, lift access and a kids' playing area. Wireless Internet access is provided and there is a 24-hour security guard at the complex. Moreover, there are parking places available on request in the car park.

Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds and amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV, radio, Internet access and a safe. The kitchen has a fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set for added convenience.
