Location

The hotel is located in Rende, close to the dynamic centre of the urban area of Cosenza. The University of Calabria, the largest university campus in Italy, is also in the area. Rende is famous for its urban policy, which is unique in the south of Italy. The city is now a model of planning at the regional level.
