Treat yourself to some serious relaxation at an authentic Turkish bath. If you have never tried this before, you are in for a bit of a surprise. It’s a serious steam clean for your body that’ll leave you feeling fresh and incredibly clean, getting your skin in great condition for a lasting tan. You'll be picked up from your hotel to a traditional bath centre in the neighbouring town of Ortaca.

It’s a serious steam clean for your body that’ll leave you feeling fresh and incredibly clean, getting your skin in great condition for a lasting tan. You'll be picked up from your hotel to a traditional bath centre in the neighbouring town of Ortaca.

There you will change into your swimwear in a cubicle and head for the hammam - essentially a steam room - wrapped in a towel. Relax into the warm steam as it softens your skin and eases out the toxins. Next, you will lie on a heated marble slab where you will be given an exfoliating body scrub and then you will be treated to a massage in soft, soapy bubbles. Then there will be plenty of time to rinse off and cool down before returning back to your hotel tingling and refreshed.

And a massage with olive oil soap. There are optional oil massages available too for an extra charge. This three hour excursion includes transport, entrance to the hammam and an exfoliating body scrub and soap massage. Asthmatics, pregnant women and guests with other medical conditions should seek medical advice. Remember to bring a swimsuit but you should not bring valuable belongings on this excursion. Please note also that the hammam has separate sections for men and women.
