Catalonia's cool capital is undergoing a foodie renaissance and you'll find out why on this walking tour of Barcelona's most emblematic gourmet-friendly establishments. We'll visit markets, flagship restaurants and select food outlets and even get to sample of the produce. Bon profit!

Food has always been important for the inhabitants of Barcelona and we'll start this tour at the iconic market of La Boqueria, one of Europe's largest and most famous food markets. As you enter the imposing wrought iron entrance, you'll enter a foodie paradise, thronging with tourists and locals. Stalls piled high with immaculatetely presented produce, the massive space echoing with the cries of the stallholders, this market is a true feast for the senases.

We'll also visit the recently rennovated Market of Santa Caterina with its colourful ceramic ceiling. Other stops include visits to outlets specialising in wine, chocolate and pastries. Throughout the tour you will be able to try samples of traditional Catalan products and then we'll go for some tapas with a drink at the end of the tour.
