The Historic Chicago Tour is a tour full of interest, history and beauty through the third most populous city in the United States. The two hour long tour ensures that you see all of the highlights of America’s Windy City.



Chicago was the fastest growing city in the world for several decades, and the flourishing economy that drew new residents in has left its mark on the impressive array of architecture in the city. Travel through Grant Park, the front yard of the city, home to the Millennium Park with a vast array of artistic features and Buckingham Fountain, one of the world’s largest fountains. The park holds much public art including the Abraham Lincoln Monument in honour of Illinois’’ most famous resident, and the Columbus Monument which celebrates Chicago’s Italian-American community.

Marvel at the Soldier Field stadium which houses the Chicago Bears team and relax at the Caesar Petrillo outdoor band-shell where Chicagoans listen to fine music throughout the summer nights. The Adler Planetarium with its sky dome was the first planetarium built in the Western hemisphere and is an imposing National Historic Landmark.

Chicago breeds superlatives, including the Art Institute of Chicago, world renowned for containing the largest collection of impressionistic art, the Orchestra Hall, home of the famous Chicago symphony orchestra, the world's largest indoor aquarium, the Shedd aquarium, and the Field Museum of Natural History, renowned for the size and scope of its collection.
