Meeting/pick-up point: The departure station is at the Parque Almirante Reis, located in the old part of the town; the Monte station is situated next to the Palace Tropical Garden.

Start/opening time: The cable car is opened daily except on Christmas day, from 10am until 6pm, last passengers boarding at 5.45pm.
