With our full-day tour of Honda Bay, island hopping will take on a completely different meaning to you. Starting from Puerto Princesa on Palawan Island, gain access to some breathtaking islands that offer spectacular opportunities for snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing.

Located in the middle of the Sula Sea, Honda Bay is an authentic beach-lovers’ paradise. Uninhabited, remote sandbars jut out from the sea and offer you an unprecedented experience surrounded by blindingly blue waters. Start with a stop at Tabuan or Starfish Island. Consisting only of a tiny sandbar, this small isle’s waters are filled with starfish that wash onto the shore. Lay down your towel, gaze out at the sea and enjoy a picnic lunch in an unbelievable setting. Bat Island, another stop on our itinerary, is home to bats that rest here during the day and flock to the mainland for food at night. Witness the serpentine-like formation that rises out of the sea next at Snake Island. Pandan Island, another slice of heaven privately managed by the Legends Hotel Group, offers a stunning combination of lush greenery and beachscape.

Like many places around Honda Bay, high tide makes these paradisiacal islets disappear underwater. Before returning to Puerto Princesa, discover Lulubog-Lilitaw “LuLi” Island, which literally translates to “Rise-Fall”. Named after the sea’s natural rhythm, local residents have built houses on stilts in this idyllic place that gives them a sandy beach during low tide and a mass of water beneath their feet during high tide.
