Considered home to one of the richest cuisines in the world, the Turkish kitchen opens its doors for you. Our top-class cooking school is conveniently located next to the British Embassy near Galatasaray. Established in 2012 by three food fanatics and cooking enthusiasts, our aim is to teach how to cook tasty and healthy Turkish fare the right way, especially catering for tourists and foreigners living in Istanbul. Our courses are designed to perfectly compliment the growing global trend of healthy living, with a Turkish twist.

Our workshop begins on Istiklal Street amidst the beating heart of Istanbul buzzing social scene. Begin with a pleasant stroll surrounded by culinary curiosities at a traditional Turkish market. Sniff exotic spices at local merchants and browse the offerings at pickle shops, mussel stands, raw meatball makers and one of the oldest producers of Turkish delights in the country. Our workshop begins in this fabulous culinary environment.

Our introduction to the taste of Turkey complete, we return to our school to sip Turkish tea, and to chat about the theory, history, geography and social aspects of Turkish food, before the real fun begins!

Get creative in true Turkish style as you try your hand at five different classic dishes. Our carefully crafted menu encompasses a range of cooking techniques, using spices, vegetables and including different tastes from different regions and subcategories of Turkish cuisine. Keep a copy of the recipes you create to perfect them at home and impress your family and friends.

Finally its time to taste your creations, share your experience and enjoy the company of your international classmates.
