Please call the resort in advance for after hours check in instructions.A mandatory check-out cleaning fee is payable by the guest upon check-out for all new bookings. Fee will be assessed by the property at checkout based on the size of the unit and the length of stay. Fees are per stay, per condo unit plus taxes and are subject to change. Studio, one night: $50 plus tax. Studio, two+ nights: $100 plus tax. One Bedroom, one night: $60 plus tax. One Bedroom, two+ nights: $125 plus tax. Two Bedroom, one night: $75 plus tax.
