Depart San Cristòbal de las Casas for Sumidero Canyon and embark on a 2.5-hour boat ride between steep rock walls on the Grijalva River. Afterward, stop by the archeological site of Chiapa de Corzo, the oldest town in Chiapas and designated one of Mexico’s Pueblo Mágicos (Magical Towns) for its natural beauty and historical significance.
