Il programma nel dettaglio

Spend the morning in the heart of Paris and discover where the city was founded in the beautiful Ile de la Cité; exploring the flower market and stroll along the River Seine to admire the prison and last home of Marie Antoinette.

Then your guide will show you the visually stunning Notre Dame Cathedral with its flying buttresses and gothic architecture. See for yourself why Victor Hugo chose this monument as the setting for his widely-acclaimed novel, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. And learn the intriguing backstory of how this captivating cathedral came to be.

Your guide will unfold the histories and mysteries forever captured within these walls, from days of antiquity to the present. Once you’ve admired the exterior of this impressive edifice, the tour will continue to nearby Sainte Chapelle where you’ll be whisked past the crowds with Skip-the-Line access and straight into this hidden wonder of Paris.

You’ll then have free time to have lunch before we start the second half of the tour at the iconic Louvre museum – a must see.

This world famous museum houses the world’s greatest and largest collection of artwork, with 35,000 pieces on show (and another million in the basement!). Your guide will navigate around the queues and crowds to show you the best the museum has to offer whilst bringing the art to life with the stories behind the masterpieces. Marvel at the Mona Lisa and Michelangelo’s slaves and make the most of your time in this illuminating city.
