Your jungle adventure begins with a trek following the road down to the little town of Piacabucu. The path leading to this quaint village on the banks of the Old Chico is a beautiful walk surrounded by magnificent coconut trees, lining both sides of the path as if protecting you from the Brazilian sun.



Floating on the still waters of the Old Chico awaits your vessel, ready to plunge you into the wild. Hop aboard and slowly drift off towards the mouth of the single longest river in Brazil: the Sao Francisco. Admire nature bloom all around you, overwhelming in its exuberance, vibrant in its liveliness. At times, come across exotic entourages of virgin terrain and, at others, contemplate the shape-shifting sand dunes.
