The Temple of Luxor is among the most beautiful Temples in the world, it contains structures from many periods, the earliest dating from the 12th Dynasty. The pharaoh Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty was responsible for enlarging the temple and his work was carried on by many following New Kingdom Pharaohs.
