Each guest will be presented a menu to order from and each order will be prepared fresh in our full service galley. Guests will choose from:



Brunch Cruise (approx. 2 hours long)

SALADS

Classic Caesar, Mixed Greens with Apples and Strawberries.

BREAKFASTS

Scrambled Eggs with Aged Wisconsin Cheddar, Sausage, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Hash Brown Potatoes with Bell Peppers and Onions.

STARTERS

House-Griddled Belgian Waffles, Strawberries and Cream French Toast, Maple-Glazed Chipotle Chicken, Penne Rigate Primavera, Curried Vegetable Cassoulet, Smoked Salmon Station, Orange-Ginger Glazed Tilapia.

Chef’s selection of Cakes and Mini Pastries.



Dinner Cruise (approx. 3 hours long)

FIRST COURSES

Farmer’s Market Garden Salad, Lobster Bisque, Hazelnut Duck, Crab Cake.

MAIN COURSES

Roasted Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Seafood Ravioli, Short Ribs, Pork Loin, Vegetable Napoleon.

DESSERTS

New York Style Cheesecake, Odyssey's Signature Decadent Chocolate Truffle Torte, Seasonal Fruit Cobbler, Chef’s Culinary Creation, Fresh Seasonal Fruit.



Start/opening times

Brunch Cruise: On Sundays from 1pm to 3pm.

Lunch Cruise: From Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm.

Dinner Cruise: On Mondays and Tuesdays from 7pm to 9.30pm, from Wednesday to Friday from 7pm to 10pm, on Saturdays from 8pm to 11pm and on Sundays from 7pm to 9pm.
