With the very best flamenco artists in Valencia, La Buleria hosts an unbeatable show. La Buleria is no different, where an array of sensations is preceded by a gastronomic experience, with a choice of two menus: Paella and Buleria. Selection of breads with tapenade and tomato and olive oil sauce. Starter: Ibérico ham with assortments of Iberian cured meats and Spanish cheeses. Special salad: Mixed leaf salad, with parmesan flakes,Roasted walnuts and a sweet Pedro Ximenez vinaigrette. Main: (To choose) - Tender or beef meat slowly cooked in rich red wine sauce, Served on a bed of garlic thyme roasted potatoes. -Cod steak confit on ratatouille of grilled vegetables. - Green Lasagna of spinach and curd.
