Il programma nel dettaglio

We start the day bright and early and head north towards Stykkishólmur town located on Snaefellsnes peninsula. There we board the Ferry Baldur and enjoy a 3 hour cruise across Breiðafjörður Bay, better known for its numerous islands and flourishing bird life. When we reach the other side of the bay we continue on to Látrabjarg, Europe‘s largest bird cliff, which stretches for 14 km and is up to 444m high. This remote area is the westernmost part of Europe and a home to many different bird species such as puffins, northern gannets, guillemots and razorbills. Here you will literally get the impression of being at the edge of Iceland while surrounded by thousands of birds. We also make an additional stop at the Rauoasandur red sandy beach. On the way back we will board Ferry and enjoy the landscape in a relaxing evening.
