Il programma nel dettaglio

This great value tour by Segway will give you the best the city of Valencia has to offer. Cruise around the old city as you learn all about its fascinating history. Then head through the Turia Gardens, Europe’s longest park, passing state of the art sport facilities and the amazing museum complex at the City of the Arts and Sciences. Then tour the ultra-modern marina and Formula 1 circuit at the Port of Valencia.

The Segway really is simplicity itself to ride, as you'll find out yourself once you’ve jumped aboard. After taking a few practice spins, you’ll be ready to explore Valencia in style!

Start by exploring the maze of narrow streets in Valencia’s old town as you lean all about the Roman, Islamic and Christian heritage of this great city. We’ll glide past all the main monuments, including the impressive medieval walls and the city’s great Cathedral.

Then we’ll head off through the Turia Gardens, a snaking 10km swathe of parkland following the old course of the River Turia. You’ll see how the park has been divided into sections with facilities for sports and leisure as well as some of the most modern architecture to be found anywhere in Europe. The City of Arts and Sciences, designed by local architect Santiago Calatrava, is definitely worth a visit.

From here we’ll continue to the brand new port and marina facilities, built for the celebration of the Americas Cup in 2007. Admire the stylish yachts moored at the marina and the impressive Veles i Vents building. Take your Segway out on the Formula 1 race track, one of the few urban circuits in Europe.

Your knowledgeable guide will share loads of interesting details and local insight and you will enjoy plenty of breaks and photo stops along the way, making for a relaxing, informative tour.
