Dedicate a moment to reflect and remember as you cast eyes upon the Reflecting Absence Memorial, the largest man-made waterfall in the world, a large square carved deep into the ground where gallons of water gush endlessly down the edges. As you contemplate the beautiful sight of the rushing water, offer a prayer or some inner words of condolence to the tragedy that lead to the construction of this magnificent site.



Visit too St Paul’s Chapel, a makeshift rescue centre and tribute, as well as the Steel Beam Cross, a new symbol of hope for the city.
