The hostel is located in the centre of the popular and lively resort of El Arenal. It is just a few steps to the beach and scores of shops and other attractions are also in the surrounding area. Public transport departs from just 100 m away.

The complex has 69 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.
