This hotel is located in Ixia, a town in Ialyssos, only 100 m from the shingle beach and around 5 km from the centre of Rhodes. Buses and taxis are available in front of the hotel to take guests to the town, whereas it is around 12 km to the airport.

The resort was modernised in 2019. 341 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
