The hotel was modernised in 2021. The hotel has 4 lifts and features 216 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a conference room and a lounge are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
