The complex was modernised in 2024. Multilingual staff are happy to assist and advise. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services include a baggage storage service. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. 3 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. This air-conditioned design hotel features a total of 327 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. There are a range of facilities at the hotel, including a newspaper stand, games room, TV lounge and currency exchange facilities. The hotel has its own café, bar and 3 restaurants.
