Masseria Sant'Elia is a historic property, actually a former convent, set in the Itria Valley 5 minutes' drive from Martina Franca. It offers characteristic rooms with stone walls and floors. Sant'Elia has its own chapel and features a number of Trulli, stone dwellings that are characteristic of the Puglia region. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a TV, mini-bar and beautiful view of the garden. Some have a balcony or patio. A sweet Italian breakfast is served each morning. Drinks are available from the bar and you also have a reading room and TV lounge on the ground floor. The Masseria's hilltop location guarantees beautiful views across the Puglia countryside. The oldest areas of the property date back to 1568, but Sant'Elia has had a long and interesting history since then.
