terrace access sets the scene for year-round enjoyment and is complemented
by a fully-equipped kitchen diner. Perfectly suited for 4 couples staying
and flexible groups of 8, the ambient sleeping accommodation comprises of 2
spacious twin joinable en-suite bedrooms, a further 2 twin-joinable
bedrooms and a full family bathroom. Private laundry facilities are also
provided, for added convenience whilst away. Outside, the lovely private
garden is complemented by a sunny decked alfresco dining terrace with BBQ,
a fabulous outdoor jacuzzi, and a private parking space. Please note: Due
to the chalet’s hillside location, guests arriving in the winter time must
ensure that their car is equipped with snow tyres and chains. This is
mandatory and will enable guests to safely reach the chalet. Sleeping-

Location: The modern ski chalet is situated along ‘Route de Bellevarde’,
placing guests just 3 minutes’ drive from the amenities of Les Houches, 4
minutes’ drive from the Le Prarion cable car, 6 minutes’ drive from the
Mont Blanc Equestrian centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Chamonix.
Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in
the rate details. Fee for an extra bed: 85.00 EUR per stay. The number of
extra beds depends on the room category. You must take a look at the
information about the size of the selected room. Guests aged under 18
cannot stay at the hotel alone. Specific policies may vary by hotel and
