Each heated apartment features 1 or 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer. The seating area comes with 1 sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, and dining table, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, and coffee maker. Some apartments are duplex.

This country house has a garden, sun terrace, and a cellar. There is also a shared tea area, games room and a library.

Puerto de la Cruz is 15 minutes' drive from Hotel Rural Coliving Los Realejos, and Tenerife North Airport is 30 minutes away. The island’s capital, Santa Cruz, is 41 km from the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children 14 years or over are accepted when accompanied by an adult.

Please note that daily cleaning is available for a surcharge.
